How to Check if Your Smart SIM Card is Already Registered

The SIM Registration deadline on July 25, 2023. If you fail to register your SIM card, your account will be deactivated.

For Smart Prepaid, Smart Bro Prepaid, and Smart Bro Home WiFi

Via the GigaLife App

• Download and log in to the GigaLife app.
• Check for the Registered or Unregistered badge beside your mobile number.

Via the Smart SIM Registration Portal

•  Visit the Smart SIM Registration Portal.
• Follow the steps you performed when you registered your SIM card.
• Wait for the prompt confirming that your SIM card is already registered.
